ON THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

You will find an overview of your orders under "My orders" in your customer account.

You can also check the current delivery and payment status of your order at any time. A single click on "View order" will give you details of your individual orders, e.g.

  •   - the articles contained
  •   - the date of the order
  •   - the status of the order
  •   - order tracking if the order has been sent.

In your customer account, under the menu item "Account details", you can change your name, e-mail address and password.

Under "My addresses" you can define your delivery addresses. You can also enter your mobile phone number here so that we can call you back even more easily.

After making the changes, click on "Save" to confirm the changes.

Go to the user account icon You can ...

  •   - Login to your customer account. Simply enter your e-mail address and password. That's it!
  •   - Create a customer account if you are not yet a Sekoya customer. Simply click on "Create an account".
  •   - Request a new password. Simply click on "Forgot your password?" and enter your e-mail address in the field provided. It is essential that you enter the e-mail address you used to create your customer account.

Would you like to order from Sekoya? Simply create a customer account with us!

Go to "Sign in" in the account menu, enter your email address and click the "Continue" button.

Fill in all the fields marked with an *. Choose a secret password and confirm your entry by clicking on the "Create an account" button. You are done!

When you log in to your sekoya.swiss account later, you will be asked for your password and e-mail address.

In accordance with our data protection policy, your credentials are secure on our site and Sekoya will never use them under any circumstances.

If Google suggests that you change your password on our site, this is not related to a data breach on our site. This suggestion comes from a Google Chrome tool, which checks to see if the password you used has ever been subject to a data breach on a site. When you logged into our site, Google Chrome noticed that the credentials you provided were potentially exposed to a known data breach attack.


If you wish to delete your customer account, please contact our customer service. Please enter the email address you use for your Sekoya customer account.
Please note that we can only delete your customer account under the following conditions:
  •   - You do not have any outstanding orders
  •   - You are not involved in a return procedure
  •   - You have no orders in progress
If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to delete your account immediately.
Before submitting an account deletion request, please address the above situations. For orders in progress or pending refunds, please be patient.
If you placed an order less than 30 days ago, your account will be deleted as soon as your right of return expires.
