The general terms and conditions of sale apply to all distance selling contracts between a private consumer (you) and a private consumer (your). and Sekoya Diffusion SA (us). They determine the rights and obligations of each of the parties to the contract. Sales to professionals are excluded.

The prices of the items invoiced to you are in force on the date of your order. They appear on your order confirmation sent by e-mail, or are communicated to you orally by telephone. The prices are always indicated including VAT.
If you have not paid for the products when ordering, you will receive the products with an invoice. You then have 30 days after the date of issue of the invoice to pay.
If you are late in paying and, after an initial reminder without charge, we are obliged to send you a reminder, we will charge you the equivalent of CHF 10.00 for the additional costs. If you remain in default of payment following the reminder, your file will be transferred to a collection company, which will charge you a minimum administrative fee equivalent to CHF 20. All amounts that are not paid on the due date are automatically and without notice of default or formal notice increased by a flat-rate compensation of 7.5% of the amount due. Legal interest is also due on the unpaid amount on the due date, by operation of law and without notice of default.
Following your order placed on the sekoya.ch website, or by telephone, or in writing, you will receive confirmation of your order either by e-mail, orally or in writing. Your order is then recorded and serves as a contract of sale.
The products remain our property until full payment has been made.
A contribution to postage and packaging costs is indicated at the time of order confirmation and is invoiced at the same time as the products. Orders are prepared and sent within 48 hours. The normal delivery time on Swiss territory is 3 working days.
We work closely with our transport partners, but we cannot guarantee their services and cannot be held responsible in the event of delivery problems, delays or disappearance of packages.
If the products delivered do not correspond to your order, if a product is damaged or opened(1), contact us immediately. You must not use the product or products concerned.

All the information we collect during your order and payment will be used exclusively for our commercial activities. As such, we are subject to compliance with the Federal Data Protection Act of 19 June 1992.
Sekoya reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions of sale at any time and without notice. Each new version of the general terms and conditions of sale cancels and replaces the previous version.
When you place an order with Sekoya, you agree to be bound by a contract subject to Swiss law. In case of dispute, the ordinary courts of the canton of Neuchâtel shall have jurisdiction.
At Sekoya, if you change your mind you can return the products intact and at your expense within 14 days of receipt of your order. For your return to be duly registered, please use the form on the back of the mail that accompanies your order. We do not accept and will not return opened, discounted or overdue products. Proof of the return date is your responsibility.
