ON DELIVERY

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a tracking link to follow the delivery. If you already have your order tracking number, go to the post office website for real-time tracking.

This follow-up is also possible from your customer account:

  •   - Log in with your login details.
  •   - Click on "My Orders" and select the relevant order.
  •   - In the summary table of the ordered items, click on "Follow the shipment".
  •   - A new window will open with a step-by-step tracking of your package.

A contribution to postage and packing costs is indicated at the time of order confirmation and is invoiced at the same time as the products. Orders are prepared and sent within 48 hours. The usual delivery time within Switzerland is 3 working days.

We work closely with our transport partners, but we cannot guarantee their performance and cannot be held responsible for any delivery problems, delays or missing packages.


If the products delivered do not correspond to your order, if a product is damaged or opened(1), contact us immediately .
You must not use the product or products concerned.

(1)Vial: lid detached or torn / Box: blister missing or perforated.


At Sekoya, if you change your mind you can return the products intact and at your own expense within 14 days of receiving your order.

To ensure your return is properly recorded, please use the form on the back of the letter accompanying your order. We do not accept or return opened, discounted or out-of-time products.

The burden of proof for the date of return is on you


Due to the current circumstances, we are following the authorities' guidelines very closely and will keep you informed of any changes in this article.
