Your shopping cart gives you an overview of the contents of your order. Here you can check your choices in terms of quantity one last time. The total amount of your order is shown.
After placing an order
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive two emails:
You have ordered an item from Sekoya, you have successfully passed the validation stage and you would like to receive a confirmation of your order? Before contacting us, we simply ask you to check a few things.
Check your email address
Sometimes it is possible that the automatic e-mail address of Sekoya is classified in your mailbox as junk mail or as a commercial e-mail. We also advise you to register Sekoya in your contacts.
Check your customer account
As a first step, please check the e-mail address you have provided to us to identify yourself on our site.
Afterwards, we invite you to go to the "My Orders" section of your customer account. If you have placed an order and it has been validated, you will see it detailed. In this section, you will also be able to follow the delivery status.
Otherwise, if your order does not appear, it means that the process was not successful. We therefore advise you to place a new order to receive your products.
Victims of their success, some products are temporarily unavailable or in production. Don't worry, you will be able to find them at Sekoya very soon!
