Nettle is one of the best known grandmother's remedies. The leaves contain essential nutrients such as iron, silica, calcium, potassium and vitamins. Nettle leaves are good for the body and promote vitality.
For our preparation, we have selected an extract made from young leaves, as it is during the first weeks of growth, when they turn a light green colour, that their nutritional richness is most dense. This supplement also contains zinc gluconate to help maintain hair, nails and skin.
