Naturally present in our intestines, these micro-organisms fight against the proliferation of harmful bacteria. Also known as "lactic acid bacteria", they are essential to the digestive process and live in symbiosis with our body.
It is necessary to consume a large quantity of them, as many of them are destroyed before they can colonise our intestinal flora. Also, our preparation provides 18 billion of these micro-organisms daily as well as vitamins B2, B3 and B8 which contribute to the maintenance of the mucous membranes present in the intestinal walls.
- - 2 capsules per day. Swallow the 2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach, ideally with a glass of water.
- - For a better survival of the colonies, store in the refrigerator or at least at constant temperature. Probiotics can be consumed as a one-month cure to benefit from all their advantages. These cures can be repeated 2 to 3 times a year.
